That is a terrible argument dude - The Internet has always been about communication - social may change, evolve and consolidate but people aren't about to stop wanting to chat to each other.

This is a silly argument. The cogs and sprockets must keep turning, so people will still get jobs. And it isn't going to JUST be the 1% of us (us = people under 40) who aren't on Facebook for some dumb reason. History has shown that the better people have been able to communicate with each other, the better relationships they tend have with each other. Perhaps the means by which we apply for jobs these days will completely diminish in our lifetimes, and people will be finding and obtaining jobs in an entirely different way. Perhaps that day has already come...

Most modern programming languages (that need a compiler) with exception of C/C++ have concepts of modules and where to locate depdencies without manual effort to define these explicitly through (for example make). Aside from the unnecessary verboseness of C++ compilation errors that are a continual source of cognitive irritation, the use of #include was outdated at the time C++ was created and till is today

I wouldn't mind searching through files in a single media rather then searching for the episodes i want to watch through many media discs. That single disc would still be much more convenient.

IMO, Blu-ray discs seems to be sufficient to last a decade. Having said that, 1080p is also much more sufficient to last us a decade, if not longer.
